Neurodiversity describes the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways; there is no one "right" way of thinking, learning, and behaving, and differences are not viewed as deficits. Finding time and space to explore strategies that will support you work at your best.

Rachael works with individuals and organisations to:

create strategic plans and then develop planning cycles to support the successful delivery.
supports new businesses to develop a business plan, from idea to launch and beyond.
develop resilient leaders, from the front line to the Board Room. Using a coach approach to develop resilient, emotionally intelligent, agile leaders.
managing change, organisational and personal.
discover what the Culture is and find ways to demonstrate how organisations liver their values and not just laminate them.

£180 per hour, there is always space to flex on costs depending on length of project, so please call to chat through.
